That's after claims "of improper conduct" after "a police chase" over the weekend.

"the terre haute police department" turned the case over "to the vigo county prosecutor" this is standard practice for the department to ensure "transparency".

He can *not* comment specifically on the allegations made.

There was more than "1"-complaint.
