Pet of the Week - Kinley

Tupelo-lee humane society) week ) 4221, tupelo lee humane society) hi, everybody, i'm chris maynard.

I'm a volunteer with the tupelo lee humane society.

And today i'm sitting on the floor with a young lady who doesn't want to be on the couch.

We love this dog.

Her name is kinley.

She's a dalmatian mix.

And we think she's a little over three years old.

When she came to us, she was almost feral, didn't want anything to do with anybody.

So just to be up here in the lobby is a big deal for her.

I've been playing with her for about a week.

And when it's just us together, she's very relaxed.

She needs a home with just some patience and kindness.

We think she'll make a great pet.

She really does like the people that she trusts and that's just an issue for her right now.

She's in the middle of her heart worm treatment which we'll finish here at the shelter for whoever adopts or fosters her.

So we should we should give her an opportunity just to prove what a great dog she is and give her a chance to get to know what it's like to be loved in a home.
