The fall season is still in full swing, but winter sports are right around the corner.

We visited with defending 1A champion Ingomar to see how they've adjusted to the Coronavirus in this week s Game Change.

Swing, but winter sports are right around the corner.

I visited with defending 1-a champion ingomar earlier today to see how they've adjusted to the coronavirus in this week's game change.

(matt) for winter sports like basketball, they just had to wait and see how the summer and fall seasons dealt with the coronavirus now with the season less than two weeks away they're hoping that their season.can be nothing but net, just like that.

This is the game change.

(track) the last time ingomar senior zach shugars was on the court.he hit one of the biggest shots in ingomar history.

(nat) (track) but that was 8 months ago.

And it's been a long offseason.

(zach) we all had anxiety, now it's about 50/50 that we'll still play so we're just taking it day by day because we know it can change in a blink of an eye.

(track) ingomar doesn't play football in the fall.

They normally play in tournaments in the summer and early fall to prepare for the season.

Not this year.

(tyson smith) it wasn't fun at all.

It was hard to find gyms to get in at all and summer ball is always really fun and we always start pretty early and it always helps before the season.

(matt stand up) ingomar in addition to being a quality basketball program is also well known for its raucous atmosphere at home games and packing out the gym game in and game out.

But because of the coronavirus, not as many people are going to be able to attend the games so as a result, they put in some live streaming technology so that they can put all their games online for fans that can't show up.

(track) capacity for indoor events is 25-percent.

Ingomar head coach nathan ashley said his parents are at risk and as much as they want to be at the games, they're thrilled that they can still watch the falcons online.

(nathan ashley) we've got some fans and people who enjoy watching ingomar basketball that are in that high risk, age-wise or pre-existing conditions, i think we can still keep those fans involved and we're looking forward to that.

Think we can still keep those fans involved and we're looking forward to that.

(track) but even for the fans to watch from a distance, teams have to take care of the little things, and seniors like zach shugars are helping with that.

(zach) sanitizing balls, sanitizing charis, not really being around each other, not really using the water fountains, we've got garbage bags over our water fountains, we bring our own bottles and just taking everything as a safety precaution because at any given time we could just be shut down.

Another winter sport that is underway right now is soccer, we'll take a look at how they are dealing with the coronavirus on next week's game
