Whitesboro earns date with undefeated New Hartford for TVL championship with shutout win over RFA

Whitesboro beat RFA 1-0 in the TVL semifinal in order to advance and take on New Hartford for the title on Saturday.

The chance still to play for a title.

They win it 1-nil to advance to the final against new hartford.

Angelina wehrle: it was a pretty intense game we definitely battled for it.

We were trying to push for high intensity and as the game went on we eventually scored and then after kind of sparked us and we kept playing aggressive.

Madison keida: oh my god it's so exciting, not being able to go to sectionals or finals or anything, just to have something like this to keep our motivation going and have something exciting to lead up to for our season it's just really nice.

Madison wisheart: it's exhilarating because it kind of mimics a section final game so it's just exciting to have that kind of game again.

I am so grateful that we even have a season and that we can compete against new hartford at this level.
