Rochester mayor kim norton... saying the program will help health experts track trends and tailor their advice.

"when dr. birx was in town just a few weeks ago, she alluded to the need at her desire for us all to be really literally test every day before we go to work, to test regularly, daily testing for every citizen until that vaccine is here can help us know how to protect each other better, so when we have a rapid test like this,that you can order at home, it makes it easier and faster to get results is a good thing in order to help control this virus and help us understand what our behavior should be."
