Some arrested in US Capitol riot use 'blame Trump' defense

CNN legal analyst Paul Callan says that he expects more people arrested for participating in the deadly riot at the US Capitol to employ a “blame Trump” defense to limit bail or jail time, but he believes that it likely won’t work.
