Former Chelsea and Italy striker Gianluca Vialli has died at the age of 58 following a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer.
Vialli won FA Cups with Chelsea as both a player and a manager, and became the youngest manager to win a major European title in 1998 when the Blues lifted the Cup Winners' Cup.
