The Hagia Sophia Mosque, also known as Ayasofya, is a historic and iconic building located in the heart of Istanbul, Turkey.

Originally built as a Christian cathedral in the 6th century, it was later converted into a mosque in the 15th century, and then into a museum in the 20th century.

In 2020, it was reconverted back into a mosque.
