Today we are at the famous Billy Bobs in the Fort Worth stock yards (Dallas area) Texas, taking on this giant prime rib challenge!
We have a giant smoked prime rib, served with sides of coleslaw, green beans, potato salad, and cracklins (fried pig skins).
We had 90 minutes to complete the challenge in order to get the meal for free, other wise we were facing a price tag over $400!!
