Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer and Shadow Health Secretary Wes Streeting visit a school in northwest England to launch their child health action plan.
As part of the launch hospital bosses will be ordered to prioritise children caught up in the NHS waiting list if Labour come into power, the party has said.
