Tesla Recalls , Another 2.2 Million Vehicles.
The vehicles are being recalled in the U.S. due to the font size on the warning lights being too small, CNN reports.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) discovered the issue while it was conducting a routine audit of the vehicles.

Warning lights with a smaller font size can make critical safety information on the instrument panel difficult to read, increasing the risk of a crash, Via the NHTSA's recall notice.
Tesla said that it has not received any reports of crashes or injuries resulting from the issue.

An over-the-air software update will be implemented to fix the problem, CNN reports.

In December, Tesla issued an over-the-air recall to limit its Autopilot feature.
Last year, Tesla recalled thousands of vehicles with the "full self-driving" feature after the NHTSA found that the cars didn't properly obey traffic laws.
Such violations included "traveling straight through an intersection while in a turn-only lane, entering a stop sign-controlled intersection without coming to a complete stop,".
