MacKenzie is currently in a NS court supporting a motion to have his criminal harassment charges dismissed on grounds of a abuse of process.
MacKenzie and Morgan Guptill were arrested in March of 2022, while staging protest on the street where the Chef Medical Officer of NS lives.
Paul Westhaver was a witness called to the stand in that hearing.
