### governor beshear says relaunching the states health exchange will bring bigger savings than orginially thought.

Kentuckians now using the federal site to get health coverage pay about 9 to 10 million dollars a year to the government through a surcharge.

According to governor beshear..

The amount will be raised to 15 million dollars... but the state-based exhange..will cost about five million... with a two million dollar yearly operating cost.

Beshear hopes the savings will trickle down to kentuckians
