They had to close off their indoor dining here at broadway heights, and they don't have chairs or tables outside.
They're all inside and because of the statewide shutdown -- they're unusable.

"we screwed up and butte county is screwed."
Now instead of having a full dining room -- it's empty -- for employees's here - it feels like éà vu.
"well now that we're closed again, this is the amount of money that isn't coming in, and these are the amount of people who are not gonna get to work."
Lesa sheridan is trying to remin optimistic.
"we're still making it work and we're still staying afloat."
But without dine in options, the employees are missing out on lots of money in tips.
"yeah, of course, we wish we had a patio so we could do dine-in, but it is what it is, and we're surviving."
Schulman says this time around for shutdowns, he's more prepared than the last.
"we did well being open, for the few weeks that we did it.
So we know what we're gonna lose."
