Grab a marker.

And what you are going to do is desginate a bag for a loved one or friend that has gone through cancer.

This first bag i'm doing for a my grandma sharon.

She was diagnosed with cancer in 90s??

She is a survivor.

So i'm going to write thank you for showing me how to be strong.

Pause to write and then i have another bag i'm going to make as well.

This is for my other grandma.

She was diagnosed with lung cancer and is now with me in spirit.

This one i already wrote it says thank you for all the memories.

And you can make as many bags as you want.

Once you this is kind of a time to silence everything and reflect on who you have lost.

We are trying to prevent this from happening but we would also like to reflect and celebrate the people who have lost their lives.

She adds this is what relay for life is all about.

Pre-coronavirus she was scheduled to be one of the speakers at the relay for event this year.

She tells me her message was going to be surrounded around no matter what cancer throws at you.

You can make it and you can fight it.
